I love to try out new caesar dressing recipes. <br /><br />I have honestly not tried making the soup with half and half, but I think it would still be amazing. I think it might make the soup just a tad thinner, but that is no big deal. I think it would still be delish! You will have to let me know if you make the substitution and what you think...if you love it, I will do it next time. I make that soup enough to need the calorie cut on occasion!
